"Welcome to experience land Schleswig-Holstein"
Project Management: Managing Director Jürgen Braun & Project Manager Timea Vasas
In designing joint stands, we rely on innovative and customized concepts that perfectly showcase companies and co-exhibitors, thus ensuring a measurable and successful trade show presence. On this conceptual foundation, we select the suitable partner from our network who optimally supports our project. We provide comprehensive support to our clients and co-exhibitors – before, during, and after the trade show – to ensure a seamless and effective presentation.
For our long-standing client, the Economic Development and Technology Transfer Schleswig-Holstein GmbH, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Areas, Europe, and Consumer Protection of Schleswig-Holstein (MLLEV), we created a new booth concept for the International Green Week 2024 in Berlin. This aimed to create a sustainable experience that emphasizes the unique values and characteristics of the region.
The concept included a design that reflected both the Schleswig-Holstein state brand and the core themes of the MLLEV. The 725 sqm stand was designed to provide visitors with insights into various areas such as agriculture, food industry, rural development, inland tourism, and regional value creation. Under the idea of creating a small experience park with a holiday atmosphere and inviting ambiance, eight small individual areas for the co-exhibitors were created in a maritime design, with a milking station as a small highlight and a central food court in the middle that invited visitors to linger, drink, and eat regional specialties. Therefore, a catering offer was also developed alongside the booth concept, presenting regional Schleswig-Holstein specialties and appealing to visitors' culinary tastes.
Besides wooden benches in beach cafe style, we also chose a beach chair and loungers as additional seating options to enhance the holiday feeling. The counter as a central point and clearly visible in ship design was highlighted by illuminated acrylic panels and lifebuoys. The distant recognition above the food court made the viewer look up to an inside, surrounding picture of the beautiful dune landscape of Schleswig-Holstein.
The thematic areas of inland, North Sea, and sea were visually highlighted and separated by the choice of flooring – there were grass green, sand-colored, and shimmering blue floor decors.
We integrated innovations and current technologies from the field of environmental protection into the concept to portray Schleswig-Holstein as a progressive and future-oriented state, for example, through appropriate decorative elements and large-scale graphics of wind turbines and solar panels.
Sustainability was central to the concept, to consider both ecological and economic aspects at various events. To achieve the desired sustainable design and reduce the carbon footprint, we used reusable, flexible, durable, and easily assembled elements. The modularity of this system allowed for versatile use for various events inside and outside Schleswig-Holstein – regardless of varying stand sizes.
